Any glass items (tabletops, shelves, or doors), expensive artwork, TVs, collectibles, and chinaware should be professionally packed to ensure maximum protection during transit.

We disassemble and reassemble headboards and footboards, mirrors on dressers and/or vanities, and buffet bases and tops. This ensures safe transport and proper setup at your new location.

Miscellaneous items such as larger electronics, floor lamps, ceiling fans, trampolines, swing-sets, cribs, and animal cages (dog, bird, larger reptiles) should be dismantled by you before our arrival.

Empty all cabinets, desks, tool chests, nightstands, armoires, entertainment centers, hampers, and gas tanks (grills, jet-ski, ATVs, motorcycles) before moving day.

You can leave clothes in dressers and tightly packed trunks/toy chests. Important: Do NOT leave clothes in your hamper!

Pool tables, pianos, and jacuzzis require a specialist to disassemble. Please let us know in advance if you have any of these items so we can arrange for the appropriate experts.

Three flights of stairs AND an elevator on either side/both ends are included in the standard move. Additional flights may incur extra charges.

Table lamps, wall-mounted shelves, stereo equipment, computers, mirrors, poster-size pictures, mattresses, and box springs should be properly boxed or wrapped for protection.

We tightly wrap and tape all items that cannot fit into a box, including: tables, chairs, sofas, dressers, entertainment centers, refrigerators, stoves, statues, tool chests, plant stands, and more.

Yes! Just make sure the lid is secure and tightly taped around the edges to prevent items from spilling during transport.

Propane tanks, plants, animals, any lawn equipment, and go-carts containing gas tanks (must be empty prior to our arrival) cannot be transported on our trucks for safety reasons.

Bulky items are those that cannot have anything placed on or around them, including: pianos, jet skis, motorcycles, ATVs, go-carts, dirt bikes, lawn equipment, dog houses, statues, and lawn sculptures.

Yes, but vehicles and boats will be transported on a separate truck and picked up/dropped off on a separate date from your household items.
