How much is this move going to cost me?
It depends on how much weight you have & how far you’re going.
How much time do I have before I have to choose a mover?
Book now & save yourself the trouble of doing it at the last minute. We need
ample time to prepare your move.
What should I go by when choosing a moving company?
You should base you choice off years of experience and service, & we excel in
both.
What Items should I have professionally packed?
Any glass items (tabletops, shelves or doors), expensive artwork, TV’s,
collectables, chinaware.
What items do you disassemble & reassemble?
Headboards & footboards, mirrors on dressers and/or vanity, buffet base & top.
What items should I dismantle myself?
Miscellaneous Items such as: the larger electronics, floor lamps, ceiling fans,
trampolines, swing-sets, cribs, animal cages (dog, bird, larger reptiles)
What items should I empty first?
Empty all cabinets, desks, tool chests, nightstands, armoires, entertainment
centers, hampers, gas tanks (grills, jet-ski, ATV’s, motorcycle).
What Items can I leave in the Draws?
Clothes in the dressers and tightly packed trunks/toy chests
DO NOT leave clothes in your hamper!
What Items do I need a Specialist to Disassemble?
Pool table, piano, Jacuzzi.
How many flights of stairs are included in the move?
Three flights of stairs AND an elevator on either side/both ends.
What semi large items need to be boxed?
Table lamps, wall mounted shelves, stereo equipment, computers, mirrors,
poster size pictures, mattress & box spring.
What items do you wrap up?
We tightly wrap & tape all items that cannot fit into a box:
Tables, chairs, sofa, dressers, entertainment centers, refrigerators, stoves, statues, tool
chests, plant stands, etc.
Can I use plastic bins instead of boxes?
Yes, just make sure the lid is secure & tightly taped around the edges.
What items cannot be taken on the truck?
Propane tanks, plants, animals, any lawn equipment, go-carts containing a gas
tanks must be empty prior to our arrival.
What would be considered a “bulky item?”
These are the items that cannot have anything placed on or around them:
piano’s, jet skis, motorcycles, ATV’s, go-cart, dirt bikes, lawn equipment, dog house,
statue, lawn sculptures.
Can you take my car or boat?
Yes, but it will be on a separate truck & picked up/dropped off on a separate
date.
